An 8-Foot Log Landing

Description: A landing at Second Falls in 1935. Loggers brought wood during wintertime along lakes or other streams for the spring drive. Logs were then floated on the stream current, as on the Green River, to the Davis Mill owned by the Green River Lumber Ltd.
