Description: This is the end of the spring drive for the pulpwood on the Madawaska River. The log drivers guided wood toward a haul-up at the Fraser Pulpmill in Edmundston. This wood was harvested in the Green River forest and transported from Davis Mill to the Saint Jacques Sluice or Conveyer and finally floated downriver.
