Description: Pulpwood is carried along on an endless moving belt, picked off by men and directed down chutes to loading platforms. This is the loading shed of the Davis Mill of Fraser Companies Limited on the Green River. Pulpwood harvested in the company's managed forests is driven down the river to this point where it is hauled up out of the water into shed. The wood is loaded onto trucks from the loading platforms below and is taken to the company's pulp and paper mill in Edmudnston.
