Description: We see the laying of the treated wooden pipeline as well as an aluminum pipe under a road, on September 21st, 1971. Aluminum pipes were used for their capacity to support the weight of passing vehicules. This pipeline led to the Iroquois retention basin. This system was part of the new anti-pollution process of the Edmundston Fraser pulp mill.
