Description: The Morbark mobile barker was used to remove the bark from 4-foot (1,3 m.) logs in the Green River woods. We see a lumberman operating a barker and a second man piling the logs with a grab hook. Notice that the log pile on the right has not been barked yet. This machine did not work properly and was hazardous to operate. Lumbermen used it only during the summer of 1952.
