Description: Mr. Thomas Matheson was born in Scotland. He settled with his father, Mr. Alexander Matheson, at Kincardine, New Brunswick in 1873. In 1892, he started working with Mr. Archibald Fraser on the river drive and continued until 1900. He became General Director of the F.& M. Lumber Company in Cabano, Québec in 1905. In 1917, he was General Director of the Fraser Mill in Edmundston.
