Description: Mr. William Matheson was born in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 1867. He arrived with his father, Alexander Matheson, and his brother, Thomas, in Kincardine in 1873. In 1894, be became an accountant for the Donald Sr Fraser's mill in Aberdeen (Fredericton) New Brunswick. He became Secretary- Treasurer of the F. & M. Lumber Company in Cabano, Québec, in 1905. In 1917, he became Secretary-Treasurer of the Fraser Pulp Mill in Edmundston. He died in 1936.
