Description: At this landing for 16-foot logs on the Little Tobique River just below Lake Nictau, drivers armed with peavies remove the top layer of logs. Thereafter, a tractor pushes in the lower tiers many of which are stuck together in the ice. The logs are being started on their 60 mile drive down the river to the Fraser Companies Limited Sawmill in Plaster Rock, N. B.
